First year for the ZEOD, that is different from the original Deltawing. But Nissan will run an LMP1 program next year, so this may get abandoned.
To answer your question, as many years as FiA wants. The incident, the original Deltawing had with the Toyota, points out that maybe the shape is not the best choice, from a safety point of view, especially since drivers are not use to it.

I heard that they are considering racing in Fuji (of course) and in Sao Paulo for marketing reasons with the ZEOD before going full LMP1 in 2015.

The DeltaWing is a partnership of AAR, Highcroft Racing, and Don Panoz. NISMO provided the engine for the DeltaWing and Nissan was the primary sponsor. The ZEOD was also designed by Ben Bowlby, but in November the above mentioned consortium filed suit against Nissan claiming that Nissan's investment of $2 million was solely advertising and that said consortium retains the right to the DeltaWing design. I haven't seen that the suit has been settled so there is still a chance we'll see design in 2015 and beyond.

"Just the tip" couldn't be more appropriate for this car. Haha.
